If you call, our representative will assist you with your order and arrange
for receiving your photograph(s) by mail or online.  Non-flash photos
work best for all portrait styles.  Relief sculpture portraits are only
created from photographs of subjects turned in profile.

When the artist has completed your portrait(s), an image of each
portrait will be sent to you for your approval before the Portrait Urn
is assembled and shipped to you.  Please note that the various portrait
styles require different lengths of time for completion.
